Over the weekend, Pearl Jam’s Ten Club fan club were treated to a new song called “Can’t Deny Me," and now, the song is available for all to hear. This is the first original song the band’s shared since 2013’s Lightning Bolt. So yeah, it's kind of a big deal.

Catch the protest song below!

According to the band's website, the new song, which was co-produced by Pearl Jam and Brendan O'Brien, was written in Seattle just last month, with Eddie Vedder's lyrics set to Mike McCready's music.

Even more exciting: "Can't Deny Me" will be featured on an upcoming Pearl Jam album! No word yet on a release date, but new Pearl Jam is new Pearl Jam, and that's something we can get behind.

Over the summer, the band will play a string of stadium shows. First comes the aptly named Home Shows, which will take place in Seattle on August 8 and 10, while the Away Shows will take place in Missoula, MT (August 13); Chicago, IL (August 18 and 20); and Boston, MA (September 2 and 4).
