How to Watch Sunday's Steelers vs. Chiefs Game Online

September 14, 2018

The Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers face off in Week 2, coming off almost polar opposite performances in their Week 1 road matchups. The Chiefs have a QB-WR duo in Pat Mahomes and Tyreek Hill that could be shining in the NFL for years to come; the Steelers are awaiting their franchise player to return from a holdout, as Le’Veon Bell loses out on millions of dollars by continuing to sit. With that being said, this could be an early look at two potential playoff teams with explosive offenses, but the Chiefs catch a bit of a break with Bell still out.

Watching the Mahomes-Hill connection last week was a thing of beauty and it should have Chiefs fans salivating. Mahomes threw for 256 yards and four touchdowns against the Chargers, with two of those going to Hill in their 38-28 win. Mahomes showed his ability to throw the ball down the field, which will cause problems for the Steelers defense. Expect to see more out of Kareem Hunt in the backfield, who ran for just 49 yards last weekend. The Chiefs have struggled in the past with the Steelers, but if there was a time to beat them it would be now.

The Steelers have been a PR nightmare so far with Le’Veon Bell’s future on the field being a huge question mark. After a few players called him out for not showing up, the Steelers blew a 14-point lead to the Browns with the game ending in a tie. To add injury to insult, Ben Roethlisberger is a question mark to play Sunday in their home opener with an elbow injury. Big Ben turned the ball over four times in what was an all-around sloppy performance. The Steelers will need to avoid turnovers and get a repeat performance from James Conner, who ran for 135 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1.
